Rockland
Community Church has been serving Christ and the good people of
Colorado for over 120 years. The church is located in the scenic
watershed of Mount Vernon creek. This small creek starts near an
area where the city of Denver maintains a small heard of buffalo
and it flows down the valley paralleling interstate 70.

creek eventually flows into Bear Creek near the town of Morrison
Colorado. Many people pass through this watershed each year on
their way to recreation in the Colorado Mountains. |

built in 1879 and dedicated on January 18, 1880 at 11:00 in the
